The body is the first thing that will tell us when we need some time out. In times of seasonal shifts and change, one’s ability to deal with change can lead to feeling run down, illness or injury.
The need to self regenerate comes down to taking time for self. Getting back to the things in life that fill you and making those things a ritual which become a part of your weekly routine. Do more stretching, go to a meditation class, swim in the ocean, cook yourself a hearty meal, sleep more and of course get some physical therapy to aid the stresses of aches, pains and exhaustion.
